Assistance for Families and Individuals:

COVID-19 Translated Resouces: In-language information on COVID-realted testing, vaccinations and other services.

City & County of Honolulu Rental & Utility Relief Program: Information on a program designed to support individuals economically impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and at risk of losing their housing.
Eviction Moratorium: With the end of both our federal and state eviction moratoriums, the following organizations are offering rental and other financial assistance to those in need:

Hawai‘i Department of Human Services: Information and applications for the food and financial assistance, Medicaid health insurance, child care programs and child welfare services.

Hawai‘i Department of Labor Unemployment Benefits: Information and applications for unemployment insurance benefits and about the work search requirements.
Hawai‘i Housing Finance & Development Corporation: Information on assistance for renters and homeowners who need financial counseling or other assistance with their monthly rent, mortgage, homeowner’s association dues or loan modifications.
Kūpuna Resources: Services available to help kupuna order and get connected to services including delivering prepared meals, groceries, toiletries, face masks and other supplies.

Legal Aid Society of Hawai‘i: Information and guidance from the Legal Aid Society, including resources in Chuukese and Marshallese for citizens from the Freely Associated States.
Real ID Deadline: The deadline to obtain a Real ID, the federally mandated identification that will be needed for passengers to board aircraft, has been extended until May 3, 2023.
Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC): Information and applications for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and WIC benefits.
Student Summer Meals Program: Information on free lunch available to all children ages 18 and younger.

Assistance for Small Businesses and Non-Profits:

City & County of Honolulu Small Business Relief and Recovery Fund: Information on a program designed to reimburse small businesses for costs incurred from interruptions due to Emergency Proclamations and help them implement safety precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
City & County of Honolulu Culture & Arts Relief and Recovery Fund: Information and application for eligible businesses and non-profit organizations in the Culture and Arts industries seeking reimbursement for costs incurred to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Hawai'i Business Pivot Grant Program: Information and application for eligible businesses to adjust to marketplace changes resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
