Case Announces Live Tele-Talk Story Community Meeting Wednesday Evening on COVID-19He will update Congress’ emergency measures and answer questions

(Honolulu, HI) – Congressman Ed Case (HI-01) announced today he will host an open all-welcome Tele-Talk Story session on COVID-19 Wednesday evening. “My responsibilities as U.S. Congressman for Hawai’i during this severe crisis are to (2) contribute to the best possible path through and forward for our country, (2) assure that our Hawaii’s own needs are fully met, and (3) assist with the needs of my constituents,” said Case. “As we continue to confront the COVID-19 crisis together, I need to stay in touch with all those I serve in Congress more than ever.” Case will host his Live COVID-19 Tele-Talk Story Community Meeting this Wednesday, April 8th, from 6:30 to 8:00PM. He will be updating participants on the three major emergency measures Congress passed in March including the CARES Act, as well as efforts to implement its key provisions like assistance to our small businesses, direct payments and unemployment benefits as soon as possible. Those who call in will be able to ask questions and he will personally answer them.
