Congressman Case Accepting Submissions For 2022 Congressional Art Competition

(Honolulu, HI) – Congressman Ed Case (HI-01) announced today that he is now accepting submissions for his 2022 Congressional Art Competition.

“Each spring, a nation-wide high school arts competition is sponsored by the Members of the U.S. House of Representatives,” said Case. “The Artistic Discovery Contest is an opportunity to recognize and encourage the artistic talent in the nation, including my First Congressional District here in Hawai‘i.”

The competition is open to all high school students in the District (Honolulu from Makapu‘u to Mililani and Ko ‘Olina).

“The winning artwork of my district’s competition will be displayed for one year in the U.S. Capitol alongside the winning artwork from many other Congressional districts throughout the country,” said Case. “The second and third place artwork for the 1st Congressional District will be displayed in my district office in downtown Honolulu and my congressional office at the Capitol in Washington, DC.”

Case’s District office is now accepting submissions for the 2022 Congressional Art Competition. All current rules, requirements, and submission guidelines can be found at: https://case.house.gov/forms/submitartwork/.
